I love to start my day with a green juice, but once in a while, I switch to this beetroot juice. And when you don’t have the time to make it in the morning, you can just prepare it the evening before and drink it the day after or you can easily make an entire bunch and store it in the freezer. Take one out the night the freezer before you go to bed, and you have a cold juice in the morning. A healthy start of your day and you saved a lot of time during your early morning rush!
What you’ll need:
2 medium sized red beets
3 raw baby carrots
1 blood orange, wedges peeled and deseeded
1/2 tablespoon ginger
How it’s made:
Blitz the beetroot together with rest of ingredients. Add water to adjust thickness. Chill, serve and slurp 😉
